“American Idol” runner-up Jessica Sanchez chatted with Ryan Seacrest about working on school, missing prom, and wanting to take her driver’s test. As well as when she will head into the studio to record her first album.

“I heard that we’re going to try and work on it tomorrow! So…no sleep.”

On School, Prom, & Taking Her Drivers Test:
“Literally, I do school here. I could be going to prom right now, but instead…ya know…I missed it. I got asked, but I was like…’I’m kind of busy.’ But has the busy 16 year-old made time to take her drivers test? “I have to get it! I will make time. I’ll be writing a song while I learn how to drive!”

I’m sorry, as good as he might be he is NO different than the last 3 American Idol winners. He will become a Kris Allen, and fade into the background. He is nowhere near original enough to actually have a long lasting career.

Jessica on the other hand, is going to be a legend. No one her age can…
